Charge Sessions

Objective: In these sessions, we'll explore the ten human drives that significantly enhance the overall quality of your life. These "activators" influence your thoughts, emotions, and actions, so understanding and mastering them is essential to your success and happiness. When you connect and engage with these drives regularly, you will elevate your vibrancy and overall life satisfaction. Prepare to be both surprised and challenged, as many of the approaches we commonly use to fulfill these drives are, in fact, counterproductive.

We will meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your agenda or your desire for growth, for 1 hr either via phone call or Zoom.
Additional Support: At the end of each session, you will receive a summary of your commitments, and the recording and transcript of our discussion (Zoom only). In addition, I will also send you a worksheet to continue your exploration and deepen your self-understanding.
The Charge Sessions are split into Baseline and Growth human drives.

BASELINE DRIVES
SESSION #1 -Â HUMAN DRIVES ASSESSMENT
In our first session, I'll introduce the framework. We'll then assess where you are in relation to the 10 human drives.
SESSION #2 - CONTROL
Our goal this session is to discover how you engage the drive for control. Control is an important topic in high performance, because if you feel out of control, or you control the wrong things, you can end up feeling uncertain, disappointed, or unfulfilled.
SESSION #3 -Â COMPETENCE
Competence is our knowledge, skill and ability in any area of life. It’s an important topic in high performance because if you don’t feel
competent at something, you feel less confident in trying it. Yet if you don’t develop your knowledge, skills and abilities in an area, you
can’t grow or reach high performance
SESSION #4 -Â CONGRUENCE
Congruence is the feeling we have when we are consistently living in alignment and integrity with our beliefs and values. When we don’t feel congruent, we feel upset and, at extremes, depressed. But when we feel in integrity with our highest self, we feel a sense of pride and fulfillment with life.
SESSION #5 -Â CARING
Caring is so important to our ability to feel psychologically safe and accepted. If we are cared for and deeply care for others, we feel happier, healthier, more engaged and grateful.
SESSION #6 - CONNECTIONÂ
Connection with our mission, ourselves, with others, and connection with the moment. We’ll zoom in on the relationship angle.

GROWTH DRIVES
SESSION #7 -Â CHANGEÂ
Change is how we adapt, grow and actualize our best selves. Change is hard, so this is an area to always be working on.
SESSION #8 -Â CHALLENGEÂ
Challenge is always to be willing to push ourselves to our highest level of growth and contributions.
SESSION #9 -Â CREATIVE EXPRESSIONÂ
Creative expression is all about how you share your unique identity with the world. It’s about sensing and exhibiting the true you – voicing our ideas and living our authentic mark on the world.
SESSION #10 -Â CONTRIBUTIONÂ
Contribution is one of the great drives in our life. It makes us look outside of ourselves and find meaning in what we do. It’s the secret to feeling like we’ve made a difference and served a purpose beyond our needs.
SESSION #11 -Â CONSCIOUSNESS
Seeking a heightened consciousness or awareness of ourselves, surroundings and spirit is one of the great marks of the human species. We want to be awake and in touch with our own senses and surroundings.
SESSION #12 - CELEBRATIONÂ
In this sessions, we'll revisit your assessment and see how you’re progressing and what areas you can continue to focus on moving forward.
